The Learning & Knowledge Team play a critical role in supporting our Head of Shared Services, our Operations Leadership Team and our front-line staff in the ongoing execution of strategic and operational plans and delivery against goals, objectives and outcomes. Additionally, it is responsible for owning the Knowledge Management function for Operations and Sales AU and NZ.

Our Knowledge Management Consultant will optimise Latitude Financials’ knowledge management platforms (Zendesk and WordPress) manage Mercado and front-line communications and deliver customer facing content for our external Help centres across AU & NZ.
- Customer Content - create, amend and archive knowledge articles on our external Help Centre to ensure customers have up to date content that reflects Latitude’s Tone of Voice.
- Manage and maintain content ensuring it is accurate post BAU and project changes to support front line staff.
- Co-own the transition from current Knowledge Management System to Omni-Channel platform knowledge management system.
- Support the management of communications to frontline staff post BAU, projects, business changes/updates etc.
- Perform periodic policy and procedure reviews, highlighting policies and procedures that are out of date or duplicative.
- Share best practices across the team and where necessary, initiate projects to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in the management of knowledge and learning.

- Extensive involvement in a knowledge management or change environment.
- Demonstratable experience partnering with different business stakeholders, functions and systems within Financial Services.
- Understanding of different learning and communication styles and knowledge management principles.
- In depth knowledge of process improvement principles and methodologies.
- Experience in scoping new work and understanding end user impacts.
