**Position Overview**
KNC Care is a leading aged care provider and is committed to the provisions of community services in a fair, equitable and inclusive manner to all eligible residents within the local area. This is a new role involving elements of project management and if you are looking for a job that has variety, then this is the role for you
**Key Task areas include**:
- The role is an admin role working across different areas of our organisation
- Providing clear and accurate information to our clients and team member
- Maintain accurate systems
- Ability to work with volunteers as well as with clients and staff
- Good communication skills
- Setting up new clients in our CRM System and files
- Helping with Exhibitions
- Compiling reports of surveys and outcome measures
**Key selection criteria**
- Ability to show initiative
- Strong computer skills proficient in Microsoft Excel competencies, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and CRM systems
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to manage numerous tasks concurrently, use initiative, establish priorities and work to tight or competing deadlines.
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Confident learning new computer systems
- Established capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively as a team member and to undertake work independently and with supervision
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated capability to contribute to a positive workplace culture and commitment to Workplace Health and Safety
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
