Due to an exciting and aggressive stage of growth Baxters is looking to appoint a Senior National Account Manager to oversee the retail accounts.

**The Role**

**Skills & Experience**
The Successful Senior National Account Manager will have:

- A track record of meeting and exceeding set sales targets within established customer bases - Highly developed negotiation skills
- The ability to analyse data in order to measure and manage performance to budget, including pro-actively identifying potential problems/issues before they arise and problem solving to a solution
- An ability to use data to develop compelling presentations and business plans in line with budget and strategic plans
- Strong relationship building skills
- Demonstrated accountability; delivering on commitments, self-motivated, learns from mistakes, set and works within deadlines.
- A customer focused approach; listens to and identifies current and future needs in order to deliver a range of products to meet those needs
- Commercial & strategic awareness
- Fosters positive working relations both personally and cross functionally with the broader business.
- An ability to be able to plan and manage own time to ensure set targets and budgets are met
- A “Can do” attitude that can solve problems using a collaborative approach
- Demonstrated awareness of competitors’ actions and their impact on the company years the Baxters family has been producing a wide range of products around the world.
