**About the role**:
AGA is currently seeking an motivated individual who is keen to take part in a 12 Month Full time Business Traineeship located in Campbellfield. The role itself is learning the different types of car parts within a major car dealership as well as learning the administrative skills that is needed to perform for this role.

**The key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Assist National Dealer Network with identification of CBU product and subsequent determination of correct part numbers relative to their inquiry.
- All customer contacts are recorded and reported to Customer Relations Department.
- Perform stock verification inquiries and liaise with Purchasing Department when communication with vendor is required.
- Ensure parts catalogue library & Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) is maintained and kept up to date.
- All documentation, relative to the section, is maintained and filed in an orderly and efficient manner.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, at all levels, in a courteous and professional manner
- Proven desire to keep up to date and build upon product knowledge by participating in In-House Training
- Willingness in learning other aspects of the Parts operation
- Computer literacy and experience essential
- Up to date with covid-19 vaccinations
- Must be an Australian citizen/ Permanent Resident
- Willing to attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
- Certain eligibility requirements do apply
