**Your Impact**
- Offer warm, professional welcomes to customers and swiftly address their needs.
- Expertly check in vehicles and thoroughly document customer concerns and vehicle issues.
- Advise customers on essential repairs and maintenance based on their vehicle's requirements.
- Arrange appointments and follow up with customers to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
- Work closely with the service and parts team to guarantee efficient and timely repair completions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments.
- Produce estimates and invoices for completed repairs and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Confidently upsell additional services and products to customers when suitable.

**Your Talents**
- Demonstrable experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or a similar role in the automotive sector is desirable, but not required.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Solid organisational and multitasking skills.
- Adept at using computer systems, including automotive software programs.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting and managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Familiarity with automotive repairs and maintenance is a plus.
- A team player who can effectively collaborate with others.
