**Responsibilities**:
Partner & Customer Support
- Providing day to day support for Partners
- Checking internal systems/resolution of queries
- Helping customers with system queries or handset issues

Client on-boarding (via Sales Directors)
- On-boarding of Clients - based on the Sales Directors briefs

Account/Product set-up and creation
- Creating / loading digital Products for Clients (via Sales Directors)
- Marketing support for customer programs.

Website content maintenance and responsibility
- WordPress editing of the company website to reflect the FAQ’s
- Development & loading of news articles on the company blog

Digital Marketing Responsibility
- Creative design for content using Canva
- Responsibility for SEO and SEM
- Posting for social media - B2B focus
- Fortnightly EDM design & management
