**The Role - Philanthropy Manager**
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising ANZ, and sitting within a wider Fundraising team you, will
**develop and manage the philanthropy strategy** & program for ANZ with a strong focus on Gift In Wills to support the global and local growth strategy objectives.

This is a multimillion-dollar program recognised as critical by the Global Senior leadership team. As Philanthropy Manager
**you will have strategic input, **as well as personally
**cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding** high value relationships.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with the Head of Fundraising to develop & implement a Bequest & Major Giving Strategy & Program.
- Develop & implement high value communications & contact strategies
- Manage an integrated marketing strategy across digital, TV and direct channels
- Personally manage a pipeline of confirmed & potential donors through a strategic stewardship program
- Work with the ANZ Communications team to produce marketing materials
- Provide high level administrative support for the Bequest & Major Giving program including regular reporting (utilise donor CRM Raisers Edge)
- Collaborate with other teams to contribute to a best practice supporter experience
- Effective & efficient budget management & local governance regulations
- Contribute to a learning culture & create a positive working environment for staff

**Your Skills & Attributes**
- Demonstrated success in a Bequest lead role, with a confident knowledge of wider philanthropic practice
- Strong relationship-building skills with an empathetic & sensitive approach to high-value donors
- Proven experience developing & managing budgets
- Demonstrated ability to develop & implement strategies & assess the performance
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- A commitment to best practice donor care & fundraising
- A desire to positively contribute to a team culture
- Confident using the Microsoft Suite & CRM systems
- Data-driven and confident in communicating results & ideas
- Ability to travel internationally occasionally & flexibility to attend regular international video calls
