**Temporary Digital and Website Officer**
**Based in Gosford**
**Local Government Organisation**
**3-month contract - starting ASAP**
**Fulltime, 9-day fortnight**
**$40 - $45 an hour plus Super**

**Your new role**

Key duties and responsibilities include:

- Maintaining six websites, including implementing website development, content management, integration enhancements with other systems, and resolving outages, faults, or issues. Coordinating these tasks with external providers if required.
- Maintaining and implementing the digital Help Desk, including responding to enquiries within service level agreement time frames, resolving issues, reporting, and coordinating tasks with external providers if required.
- Maintaining and integrating digital and website activities, including social networking, podcast development, online advertising, and search engine to ensure continuous improvement and optimisation.
- Providing advice, training, and support to staff about the website Content Management System to ensure the timely and effective updating of content.
- Providing regular reports and analysis on web and digital media usage and trends using Google analytics and other online sources.
- Assisting with the creation of engaging, professional digital content, such as videos, and coordinating with external providers if required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong demonstrated website development experience
- Previous experience managing multiple websites
- Government experience (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
