**About Cinemizer**

**About the Role**
We're searching for a talented and a passionate Marketing Manager to be in the front line, to help with our growth reaching new potential customers, to help expand our presence in the animation industry, to act in our best interest be our image and voice, to develop marketing strategies, and to manage proposals and successfully achieve new contracts.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Develop creative and compelling marketing and advertising campaigns that sets showcase our work and talents.
- Manage our social media platforms, in a creative way, to keep us in the front line of the animation industry.
- Search and reach out to potential clients and customers, presenting our services, and successfully obtaining new contracts.
- Engage in key events and social activities, to expand our network of clients.
- Engaging with existing clients, understanding their needs and requirements, establishing connections, following up with ongoing projects and ensuring client's satisfaction
- Receiving mark-ups and comments and acting as a bridge between the client and our creative team, making sure the client's feedback is taken care of, and well understood and actioned by the creative department.
- Review competitive offerings and promote ongoing differentiation in our marketing, campaigns, and advertising.
- Track all the numbers, analysing, and reporting on all marketing KPIs, and take absolute ownership over the team's success or failure.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year of marketing on similar industry.
- Full understanding of our type of work, especially the creative part, and to be familiar with what we do, and our business module.
- A creative thinking, persistence, the ability to reach out to new clients and have them engage in our work.
- Problem-solving skills, with clear examples of using data to measure marketing campaigns.
- A self motivated work force who isn’t afraid to perform whatever it takes to get a project done.
- Comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of the technologies and software's that we use to produce our work.
- Passionate about marketing, excellent communication skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

**The offer**

We do not offer a fixed salary for this position, but we offer generous commission based payments on projects.
