Williams Landing, Australia Sales and Marketing Manager Full time

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing Envision’s growth, brand, and marketing strategy. The role includes developing new business partnerships, overseeing campaign development, and managing the agency’s national and international market expansion. This is a strategic and hands-on role, suited to someone with strong commercial acumen and deep experience in digital marketing, influencer partnerships and client services. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement growth strategies across sales, marketing and partnerships Manage inbound and outbound new business opportunities, proposals and client acquisition Lead high-value brand partnerships, from initial pitch through to delivery and reporting Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns including paid, social and content-led strategies Represent Envision in sponsorship, media and partnership opportunities Work cross-functionally with content, influencer and talent teams to ensure alignment with brand vision and performance targets Support the agency’s expansion into the UK market and help position the brand internationally

Essential Criteria

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Sales, Marketing or Business Development Manager role Proven track record of delivering business growth through strategic marketing and partnerships Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and influencer trends Experience working in or with creative, media, PR, talent or advertising agencies Demonstrated success in building client relationships and managing large-scale campaigns Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills Experience working in international markets (especially UK) is highly desirable

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (38 hours per week) Salary: Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience Applications close: 23rd July2025

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
