**About the Role**

Reporting to the General Manager QLD and based in Salisbury (Brisbane) office, this role is pivotal to Chubb’s ongoing success in the Electronic Security market across Queensland. The successful applicant will bring a high level of experience and a can-do attitude to our business, capable of leading by example and setting the highest expectations for every service team member.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Performance management and coordination of the Service Technician team.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Meeting set ‘Key Performance Indicators’ and targets.
- Adherence to all operating procedures, installation and service requirements.
- On every occasion ensure that all interactions by our service team are of the highest standard, both internally and externally.
- Build the service client base for future growth.
- Develop, train, and grow the Service Department’s expertise.

**About You**
- Previous experience leading or managing a team of service technicians.
- A passionate, engaging and resilient personality with demonstrable experience in successfully managing, developing & motivating a workforce
- Strong experience in understanding and interpreting business financial information including budgets and monthly financial reports
- Electronic Security industry experience preferred, however people with experience in similar industries such as Fire, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or Building Services are encouraged to apply.
- Strong demonstrated experience in relationship management with external clients and contractors with strong diplomacy, contract management with a focus on identifying and building key client relationships
- Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR).
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
- Already acquired QLD Security Licence or ability to obtain and maintain.
- Ability to obtain NV1 Government Security Clearance (Note need to be an Australian citizen to apply)
