Are you a qualified HVAC Service Technician with a passion for continuous growth and offering excellent customer service? This is an opportunity based in the Gold Coast and South of Brisbane to join Carrier where you will benefit from employment stability, progression opportunities as well a range of additional benefits that come with working with a market leader.

**The role**:
Working for a global Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) you will be provided with a range of exciting opportunities such as;
- Exposure to, and projects related to our Chillers and Building Management
Systems (BMS) In-house product training
- Being a member of a small but dynamic local team that is focused on growth
- A constant focus on high standards of quality, delivery excellence whilst
exceeding customer service expectations
- Involvement in growing our sales, increasing our market share and growing the net profitability of our company
- Reporting directly to Branch Manager

**To be successful**:
You will have experience in the HVAC industry and the ability to work flexible hours as needed including participating in an on-call roster. You will have the following skills and attributes:

- A high level of communication skills (oral and written)
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures
- Ability to take ownership of problems following through to resolution
- Self-motivated individual who is proactive, professional, punctual, well presented with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work unsupervised as part of a close-knit team
- Dedicated to high quality EH&S and Ethical standards'

**You will need the following**:

- Experience with HVAC systems and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and components - those with Chiller experience will be highly regarded
- Cert 3 in Air Conditioning and refrigeration
- Air-conditioning and refrigeration Supervisors license
- Current and valid Australian driver's license
