Administration and Scheduling All Rounder

We are a leading Electrical & Air Conditioning company servicing a large portfolio of real estate clients in the greater Brisbane area.

We are looking for a administration/scheduling "All rounder" to join the established team.

With a great variety in workload, a day would include

  • Scheduling Technicians (Electrical) using Simpro.
  • Ordering and managing parts
  • Assisting with office administration tasks
  • Assisting with HR tasks
  • Assisting with Fleet Management
  • Being flexible, and pitching in where needed so everything is done for the day.

To be successful, you must

  • Be highly motivated and have an a drive to achieve results
  • Handle pressure well with a solid set of problem-solving strategies
  • Be proactive and tackle your workload head on
  • Understand the underlying principles of efficient, effective scheduling
  • Have an ability to manage competing priorities, without compromising service
  • Have Simpro experience (desirable but not mandatory - we can teach you)

Located in Salisbury you will work alongside an experienced team who can provide the support you need to succeed in this position and grow within the industry.
