We are looking for two **Supervisors** who will conduct Shift-based supervision and safety oversight of our Adelaide Airport Into-Plane (ITP) Operations. You will support the Operations Manager in the promotion of Viva Energy Culture, Behaviours and Values and the delivery of safe, compliant, effective and financially efficient ITP services. This role involves leadership of a team of Aircraft Refuellers, including conducting performance management, coaching and development to ensure consistent service delivery.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for End-to-End management of Operational requirements on a given workday
- Manage a team of all direct reports, including but not limited to; ensuring HSSE, training and compliance requirements are effectively managed
- Maintain and improve team engagement and enablement, coaching and development of ITP personnel, performance management, and assist in recruitment activities
- Responsible for promotion of positive and inclusive culture through a range of communication and team engagement strategies.
- Manage HSSE requirements to the highest level, including but not limited to; Incident Investigation, injury management, early intervention, return to work, maintain HSSE KPI’s and Self Assurance requirements, and training compliance
- Responsible for an individual portfolio of deliverables as part of overall team deliverables
- Responsible for a range of administration duties, including regular reporting, analytical data, investigations etc. as required as part of the ITP business
- Maintain customer focus, including but not limited to; stakeholder relationship management, JFI reporting, delivering to Airline expectations and service level agreements, and managing 3rd Party ITP Suppliers

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge and experience in ITP aircraft refuelling operations
- Supervisory or people management experience in an operational environment
- Ability to prioritise, manage risk and deliver accountabilities within a dynamic environment to meet tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of Airport Operations and systems
- Demonstrated flexibility and agility to meet dynamic operational requirements
- Ability to lead, work with and collaborate with others
- Demonstrated safety focus
- Ability to facilitate and lead positive workplace change and implement HSSE initiatives
- Ability to identify and maximise business improvement opportunities
- Proficient in the use of eBits / AvR or similar fuel management systems and troubleshooting advantageous
