**About the role**
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will assist the Adelaide Airport to recruit highly skilled and engaged employees while also supporting the HR team by delivering high-quality, innovative, and professional end to end recruitment and on-boarding.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Coordinate end to end recruitment processes using the most appropriate methods to attract talent
- Implement and find ways to improve in house and partnered processes
- Coordinator and develop graduate programs to bring in a new avenue of resources
- Influence and educate hiring managers and interview panels to develop their recruiting and assessing skills
- Develop and provide recruitment analytics to report relevant recruitment metrics to the business

Key Requirements:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in a related discipline
- Strong high volume recruitment experience with knowledge of relevant compliance and legislation requirements
- High level of systems proficiency
- Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly
- Experience with stakeholder management and building and maintaining strong relationships
