**Your new role**
Conduct all aspects of the research, design and delivery of learning solution programs for, emerging, developing and experienced leaders. This includes learning needs analysis, instructional design, delivery, facilitation and evaluation of learning solutions.

With no direct reports, this role will be led through influence and engagement.

This role is within Commercial Services and Business Improvement Branch, focused on driving improvement, agility, and resilience, by providing support to City Standards (CS) making it easier and safer to deliver outcomes for the community.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- evidence of learning and instructional design with an understanding of diverse learning styles
- facilitation and coaching experience with operationally focused staff
- experience with competency assessment
- understanding of competency frameworks for operational staff
- tertiary qualifications applicable to people, learning and development.
- certificate 4 in workplace training/competency qualifications is desirable.

Please note public transport options to our Regional Operations Centre at Eagle Farm are limited, therefore own transport is preferable with onsite parking provided.
