**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**

Spearhead the supervision and execution of all quality-related aspects across the operational sites in WA. You will be accountable for managing grain quality, adhering to regulations and identifying & communicating risks to ensure the integrity of brand is upheld. You’ll also
- Maintain processes and procedures aligned with the Global QFS strategy
- Train & supervise employees, ensuring they are adequately equipped for success
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations

**THE NITTY GRITTY**

This role has two main components: quality and people management. To succeed here, you will need two things: 1. Previous grain experience and 2. Be that manager everyone wants to have. Lead by example and with dignity. You also will have:

- Ideally 5+ years of experience in operations, shipping, grain quality and handling
- A Tertiary education in areas such as International Trade/ Commerce/ Supply Chain/ Chemical Engineering
- Strong Safety/ Product Safety & Quality background
- DAWR Authorised Officer accreditation is preferred
- Excellent negotiation skills
- An interest in the work - keep up to date with the industry trends and technical knowledge
