**The Opportunity**

Kent is recruiting a Construction Superintendent. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Construction, developing project-specific procedures based on Kent Integrated Management System, management of Temporary Facilities, Earth, Piling, Civil trenching works, piping/structural fabrication and multidiscipline erection, equipment & Module installation, and leadership of construction activities for both Brown Fields and Green Fields work scope.

**In this role, you will undertake the following duties**
- Lead all construction activities with a focus on Safety, Quality Assurance, and Compliance.
- Participate in developing Construction Execution Plan through liaison with project participants.
- Support the organisation and management to ensure the delivery Teams meet the ongoing work schedules.
- Responsible for assisting Supervisors in relation to performance assessment and management of project schedules and deliverables.
- Support the management of subcontractors as required to meet the work scopes.
- Provide a key functional support role in site productivity and execution, data analysis, problem solving and improvement/innovation programs, and support operations in all aspects of project delivery.
- Develop Work packs for multi-discipline construction.
- Interface with project stakeholders to ensure necessary documentation is available when required.

- Input towards construction safety case update.
- Lead the installation campaign, work pack implementation/completions/commissioning and handover including all necessary documentation.

**Skills Requirement**
- Mechanical trade background.
- 15 plus years in similar role.
- Leadership and Supervisory experience.
- Experience with piping fabrication and installation activities.
- Familiar with work pack formats and implementation of Safety and Quality practices.
- Familiar with completions procedures and handover.
- Understanding of people and team management activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.
- Excellent working knowledge of trades and disciplines in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Experienced in shutdown coordination and management is essential.
- Effective oral and written communication is essential.
- Work with project stakeholders, reports to Construction Manager.
- MS Office Suite, and software relevant to project management.
