Superintendent / Project Manager - Urban Development & Renewables | Brisbane 

We're recruiting an experienced Superintendent or Project Manager to join a growing, high-performing team working across major urban development and renewable energy projects, including large-scale subdivisions (500+ lots).

This is a rare opportunity to join a company that's known for its collaborative culture and amazing leadership, where you'll be supported, not micromanaged.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage site operations for large-scale civil infrastructure projects
  • Work closely with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery
  • Ensure safety, quality, and program targets are met on site
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and daily reporting
  • Maintain clear communication with design teams and play a key role in design coordination
  • Provide technical input and review drawings where needed, design understanding is essential

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience delivering urban development or renewables infrastructure projects
  • Strong site management or PM background
  • Solid understanding of civil design and construction principles
  • Confident communicator who works well with multidisciplinary teams
  • A proactive mindset, someone who leads from the front and gets the job done
