The Apollo Group is looking for a Junior Content Coordinator to keep our digital platforms on-brand and up to date. You'll be working across four premium restaurants in Sydney and Brisbane Locations: The Apollo, Cho Cho San, Greca and Yoko Dining.

Work in a fun and supportive team scheduling content for four, industry-leading hospitality venues The Apollo Group is renowned for warm and generous hospitality, with restaurants in Sydney (The Apollo, Cho Cho San) and Brisbane (Greca, Yoko Dining). Each of our venues’ identities is unique, and as our Junior Content Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to shape their voices and create engaging external and internal communications.

About the role:

- Copywriting
- Creating and scheduling social media content and EDMs
- Keeping our website and digital platforms up to date with fresh imagery
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with communications administration
- Fast-paced, dynamic environment with plenty of variety and scope to grow
- Perfect for someone with a year or two under their belt; or a recent graduate keen to start their career in a fun and supportive environment

Ideally you:

- Are passionate about hospitality, food and drink
- Love to write, especially to engage audiences
- Are highly organised, but easily adapt to change
- Pride yourself on your creative eye
- Enjoy learning to broaden and sharpen your skills
- Know your way around, or feel confident you can easily learn different CMS platforms
- Are genuinely interested in people and their motivations
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Desirable but not essential: have experience using the Adobe Suite, or can edit short videos for social, have a basic understanding of analytics
