**The Role**

We are looking for a passionate and organised Media Coordinator to join our team and spearhead the development and execution of webinars featuring CEOs and founders of ASX-listed companies.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire webinar lifecycle, from contacting and scheduling companies to conducting the interviews yourself. You will play a key role in crafting compelling content that informs and educates our audience about the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and broader financial market.

You will report to our Chief Operations Officer.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Manage the logistics of each webinar, including scheduling, Zoom set-up, and key topics of discussion.
- Oversee marketing and promotion of the webinars to generate interest and attendance.
- Prepare for the webinar by conducting research and the company and drafting interview questions that are insightful, engaging, and relevant to the audience.
- Host and moderate the live webinar, fostering an engaging and informative discussion.
- Manage the Q&A portion of the webinar, fielding questions from the audience.
- Oversee post-webinar tasks, such as recording distribution and sending a follow-up to the company.

**KPIs**
- Organise and host 3 webinars per week.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- No experienced needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least a sound understanding of the stock market and financial news
- Good time management and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Zoom
- Ability to conduct insightful interviews and ask educated, well-researched questions.
