**About the Company**

This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 4 month contract paying up to $50 p/h + Super. This role is located in Parramatta with WFH options.

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Project Support Officer with a leading NSW Government agency. This role is responsible for providing high quality executive, project and administrative support, to enable the efficient and effective operation of the Business Unit.

**Key accountabilities**
- Undertake tasks that support the design, implementation and coordination of business programs in line with organisational objectives, which deliver effective business unit outcomes and meet client service delivery needs.
- Assist team members in producing budget estimates and performance reporting.
- Participate in liaison with District staff and service delivery partners to ensure programs align with service delivery needs and requirements while achieving desired outcomes.
- Support management and performance reporting activities to allow monitoring of program deliverables and consistent understanding of client outcomes.
- Assist the project team to complete tasks and implement project plans as required to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.
- Liaise and work across different divisions and non-government stakeholders to ensure effective interface between program development, planning, service design and policy implementation.
- Work effectively with team members towards mutual continued development and to seek feedback on tasks undertaken.

**About You**
- National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
- Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with attention to detail
- Project management experience, including achieving outcomes within timeframes
- Ability to manage self with drive and motivation, commitment to self-reflect and learning
- Previous experience with stakeholder engagement
