Tenacity CX are Australia's leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Customer Experience and Contact Centre Industry. We are proud partners of a Global Financial Services company, who are looking for multiple customer service superstars to join their team based in a contact centre environment.

**What you will be doing in the role**:

- Handling inbound calls from customers and assisting with financial services enquiries
- Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure you deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Working in a structured, fast paced, supportive, team environment
- Following guidelines and procedures to meet compliance requirements

**What we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated customer service experience, either face to face or over the phone
- Excellent communication skills
- A quick learner with a positive 'can-do' attitude is a must
- A strong customer service focus
- Ability to follow processes and work towards KPI's
- Ability to work well in a team environment
