WISE Employment is seeking a passionate HR Partner to join our ever-growing People, Culture and Capability team.
This role is multifaceted and responsible for providing generalist HR Business partnering to a designated portfolio, in addition to providing expert HR systems management and enhancements. HRIS experience is a bonus
As a trusted HR Partner you will help drive the creation, development and implementation of people-related strategies for their client groups to continuously develop and enhance employee experience. This includes but is not limited to employment/industrial relations; employee wellbeing; business transformations; digitalisations; employee value propositions; talent acquisition; talent development; performance management; project management and any initiative or project related to our people or employee experiences. The role also takes a lead role with the management of the HRIS, including system development and enhancements and compliance.

**To be considered for this role**
- 3+ years in a HR role
- You have full Australian working rights
- You hold a full Australian driver’s license
- You are willing to obtain a National Police Check
- You can pass a Working with Children Check
- You are willing to travel across the State, and nationally
- You demonstrate the WISE attributes: Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity and a Growth Mindset
- Advanced technical expertise in HRIS platforms, preferably with UKG Ready
- Tertiary qualified in HR Management or related qualification
- Demonstrate practical knowledge and interpretation of modern awards and the Fair Work Act
- Sound experience managing Employee or Industrial relations
- Strong business acumen and high emotional intelligence to partner and guide all employees
- Well-developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices
- Proven ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment
**Duties of the role include (but are not limited to)**:
- Partnering with line managers and senior leaders to provide sound knowledge and best practice in people-related areas such as talent acquisition, retention, performance management, development plans, WHS and wellbeing, employee engagement, remuneration, and employee experience.
- Providing practical expert advice and hand on support throughout the employee’s lifecycle to enable sound commercial outcomes aligned to WISE vision and strategy.
- Creating and implementing strategic initiatives aligned to the wider business goals and improving employee experiences, employee engagement and accountability.
- Managing employee or industrial relation concerns and issues to minimise risk to WISE Employment.
- Providing training and coaching to managers on best practice people management
- Taking a lead role in managing WISE’s HRIS, including:
- Supporting the education and upskilling HRIS users across the organisation
- Monitoring vendor system releases/updates and integrations
- Maintaining system security and access permissions for users
- Administering configuration settings and workflows
- System development and enhancements
- Utilising technology for business improvement opportunities to digitalise and enhance existing systems, processes and procedures for greater user experience and compliance.
- Utilising strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision making.
- Contributing alongside the HR Operations team to maintain and drive corporate compliance requirements
- Collaborating with members of the wider People, Culture and Capability team to ensure we are providing consistent, sound, updated and best practice advice, initiatives or strategies
