The $2.3 billion-dollar New Intercity Fleet (NIF) project will involve the design, build and maintenance of 554 train carriages for Transport for NSW. The New Intercity Fleet (NIF) will carry customers from Sydney to the Central Coast, Newcastle, the South Coast, the Blue Mountains and Lithgow.

**About your role**

UGLs NIF team are seeking a **Service Delivery Manager** based at our Kangy Angy maintenance facility on the central coast working as part of the maintenance delivery team supervising a crew of maintainers working on a 24/7 rotational shift basis.
As the **Service Delivery Manager** you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of direct reports ensuring that the maintenance schedule is maintained within the required planned versus actual hours and for the performance management of their direct reports including work being performed to the required quality standard and completed in a safe manner in accordance with the NIF safety management plan as directed by the Operations Manager.
**About you**

You will have relevant experience in a similar role within a Production environment, as well as demonstrated leadership skills mentoring & supporting teams.
Other key duties will include:

- Expertise in management preferably with a background in maintenance, manufacturing and engineering
- Previous experience managing a team of people with a set delivery target to be achieved
- Proven project management skills
- Experience and understanding of manufacturing resource planning systems and procedures
- Sound understanding of budgetary, cost control, performance measurement activities
- RISI / RSW Accreditation
