CRYOPDP (A Cryoport Company) has a full time operations and customer support position available. An excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual, looking to join a rapidly growing, international pharmaceutical and healthcare logistics provider.

This role is a full-time opportunity and due to the critical nature of the Business, the following work hours are required:
Mon-Thu: 10:00am to 6:00pm

Friday: 09:00am to 5:00pm

Key responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with the Operations team to ensure client enquiries are dealt with professionally and promptly.
- Liaise with Domestic Airlines, Transport Companies, Courier Drivers etc
- Labelling shipments for air transport.
- Investigation of flight delays, missing freight etc.

To be successful for this role, the following attributes will be highly desirable:

- Experience in the Transport industry will be highly regarded.
- A good knowledge of the Sydney area.
- Ability to work independently.
- Your focus on quality customer service and attention to detail when communicating and recording information is paramount.
- Reliable, enthusiastic work ethic.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
