**The Role**:
We are looking for a
**Marketing Specialist** to join Brennan IT on a permanent basis based in Sydney. This role is responsible for supporting a wide range of marketing efforts both individually and in support of the wider marketing team and business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Executing digital campaign initiatives to support GTM
- Organic social media planning and execution management
- Digital Advertising agency liaison - ensuring our campaigns are delivering the desired results and are targeting the right audience
- Content platform management - ensuring digital campaign content pieces are promptly loaded into the platform for the Customer Team to utilise
- Inbound lead management utilising Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, plus sales associate follow up
- Presentation creation as needed to support GTM and internal business initiatives
- Assistance to research and book digital advertising and editorial opportunities
- Copywriting to create ad variations based on the audience segment
- Provide regular campaign performance reporting and insights
- Marketing inbox management

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within the ICT sector
- Has an interest in the technology services sector
- Must have strong experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Marketo and LinkedIn Campaign manager
- Good copywriting skills
- Medium+ skills across the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Content presentation skills - you should be able to determine how content should be packaged for new and existing consumers to induce them to take business actions.
- Research capabilities - you love to research and find new digital advertising avenues
- Competent in Google analytics and Marketo performance reporting
- Multitasking and organisational skills - you will be a rock-star at managing several campaigns and initiatives and can adjust priorities as needed to deliver the desired outcomes.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and can manage others to help deliver your assigned tasks on time.
- You have proven skills in analytical skills and can present data to help showcase trends and performance wins and gaps
- All about the details - you must have strong attention to detail
- Pressure handling capabilities - good at working under pressure and against quick timelines.
- Play well with others - you're a team player, that knows how to work well with others to deliver on your objectives.
