We are searching for a full-time, experienced, Diploma qualified Educator to join our team. You will be joining a team of friendly like-minded early childhood education and care professionals and enjoy many benefits, including:

You will be working out of a modern, spacious centre with two rooms catering to children aged six months to five years in a central location. We pride ourselves on our ties to the community and have a strong culture of support, encouraging staff to take up professional development opportunities throughout the year and to collaborate closely to improve and adapt practices and approaches in line with children’s needs.

We are looking for someone who:

- has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- has an ACECQA Approved Diploma qualification or above
- has WWCC and current First Aid
- enjoys working in a team environment
- is interested in continual professional development and ways to maximise our impact on young children
- is flexible in their approach and a creative problem-solver
- can demonstrate passion and commitment to excellence in early childhood education

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour
