Kairos Care Pty Ltd is experiencing a period of growth and as a result we are currently looking for passionate and reliable Disability Support workers who can commit regular hours to support people in their own home.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will be **nurturing, attentive,** and **responsible with a high degree of professionalism**. You will have excellent communication skills and strive to have a positive impact on the wellbeing of clients. You will have experience in working with disabled people in the past.

You must also bring;
- Relevant proof of education or training in Individual Support or Disability Support
- Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and be able to work autonomously
- Demonstrated experience in individual or disability support
- Access to a fully maintained vehicle, and a valid driver’s license

Kairos Care Pty Ltd is a new and fast-growing disability support service team with a mission of providing quality support to people with disabilities. The services we provide are as follows: Psychology and Counselling, Community Care Nursing, Domestic Assistance, Skills Work shops, peer mentoring, Social and community participation, personal care and daily living assistance.

We pride ourselves with our service delivery model which is personalised, goal oriented and client focused.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $60.00 per hour
