The NSW Institute of Sport [NSWIS] is a high performance sporting organisation that supports Australian athletes to become world’s best. We reach all regions of NSW with an Olympic and Paralympic training facility based at Sydney Olympic Park and high performance hubs across NSW that provide world class daily training environments for our athletes and coaches. Our experts work in collaboration with partners within the national sporting system to create and deliver high performance support services and environments to prepare athletes and coaches for international competition.
**About the role**
The Administrator, Performance Health is responsible for coordinating and administering services to ensure professional, efficient, and effective operations of the NSWIS Performance Health department. This role encompasses administrative support, customer service, operations and reception duties, playing a critical role in the smooth running of the department and supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a full time position, attracting a salary range of $74,809 - $79,796 plus superannuation. The contract period for this role is up to 31 December 2028 in line with the Olympic cycle.
This is an identified position requiring a Working with Children Check.

**About you**
You will have:
- 3+ years’ reception experience or working within clinical or information management/administration
- Experience in multi-tasking and project coordination to achieve business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and report concise and relevant information
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to respond to requests for information in a timely, accurate and professional way
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Exeprienced in developing an outstanding customer service enivronment
- Knowledge and understanding of a proactive clinical care model and its role in the prevention of injury/illness and athlete availability (desirable)
- Knowledge and understanding of Australian high-performance sport and anti-doping systems.
- Strong computer skills including the MS Office Suite
- Understanding of mail/courier processes
- Understanding of the operation, maintenance and related procedures/protocols of clinical equipment
**Essential Requirements**
- Experience in office administration and reception services, preferrably in a medical environment
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of clinical and sports specific computer programs (AMS, Appointlet, Bridge Athletic, SharePoint, Teamworks)
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Sport Integrity Australia (SIA) Anti-Doping Fundamentals and Annual Update
- Valid driver’s license
