**Administration Clerk** **North Shore Private Hospital** **Causal Opportunities** **About the Role** - Our customer focused administration team are responsible for ensuring the seamless patient health journey. - This opportunity will see you responsible for key duties including all patient bookings and administrative duties within our pre-admission team. - As a first point of contact for our doctors, patients and their families you will strive to deliver an exceptional customer service experience for all. **About You** You will display an unwavering commitment to delivering customer service excellence each and every time and leave our customers with a professional and positive impression of our site, all in line with our Ramsay Core Values. **You will also demonstrate**: - Hospital/ medical administrative experience is highly desirable - Health fund checking experience highly desirable - Be highly committed to providing excellent customer service outcomes for all patients, visitors and doctors - Excellent communication skills and demonstrated problem solving ability - Proven track record of agility & flexible in previous roles to deliver upon competing priorities - High degree of accuracy and attention to detail **Remuneration** On offer is an hourly rate from **_$29.62 _**+ Superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. **About the Hospital** North Shore Private Hospital is a 312-bed acute surgical and obstetric facility which performs most surgical specialties including cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, advanced general and colorectal, urology, spinal surgery, paediatrics and Robotic Surgery. Our hospital offers the latest in cardiac technology combined with first-class standards of accommodation. The theatre complex consists of 18 operating theatres and 3 day surgery theatres. North Shore has a stand alone Day Surgery Unit which is located in the North Shore Health Hub.
