You have OC Management experience, have knowledge of the Owners Corporation Act, with a strong financial acumen with experience in setting up and managing budgets and have a proven ability to chair meetings to a large audience.

The role we are recruiting for is an Owners Corporation Manager, managing a portfolio of small - medium schemes, offering a generous salary package.
We are based in Melbourne; we have 2 offices (You can choose whichever works best for you) in Docklands and Caulfield North. The role also comes with Work From Home 3 x a week, if you prefer.
