**Company Overview**:
Our client is a well-established and highly reputable property management firm located in the heart of Melbourne who pride themselves on delivering exceptional service to their clients and are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join their team.

As an Owners Corporation Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple properties within our portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of Owners Corporations, maintaining positive relationships with property owners, and addressing their needs and concerns.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting regular site inspections and maintenance assessments.
- Budget planning and financial management for Owners Corporations.
- Resolving disputes and conflicts among property owners.
- Coordinating and overseeing property maintenance and repairs.
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Keeping up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Prepare, attend & facilitate general meetings, committee meetings & welcome meetings.

**Qualifications**:
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:

- **Minimum of 1 year of experience **in Owners Corporation management or a related field.
- A solid understanding of Owners Corporation regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in property management is a plus.
