Owners Corporation Manager

We are seeking a senior Owners Corporation Manager for a reputable client based in Melbourne's CBD.
They have a large owners corporation division and offer excellent perks and benefits.
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven professional with previous experience as an OC Manager.
Your Tasks Will Include
Managing and maintaining your portfolio of buildings
Building and maintaining relationships with owners and contractors
Arranging Owners Corporation committee meetings, drafting agendas, actioning minutes, and managing quotes and work orders
Managing compliance with By Laws
Chairing meetings
This role is office-based.
Salary is dependent on experience, circa $90,000 - $130,000.
About You
Previous Owners Corporation experience is essential
High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
A self-starter with diligence, attention to detail, and an assertive, can-do attitude
Excellent problem-solving skills with strengths in financial analysis and business acumen
Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
Autonomous, service-focused, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Organized and proactive in workload management
Enjoys a positive office environment with a sense of fun and banter
