**About the company**
Our client, a progressive and collaborative organisation are currently recruiting an advisor to support their talent acquisition & HR team due to growth. You will be joining a very supportive, collaborative team who are innovative in their approach and continuously looking to do better. They are fast paced team and hence the position would suit someone who loves a challenge, working toward deadlines, multi-tasking, and is a team player. If successful, you will have access to excellent training programmes both internally and externally to help further develop your career. This organisation offers a flexible hybrid working model & their offices are based in the inner suburbs. This position is full-time and is to start ASAP, it could initially start as temporary contract and then become a fixed term contract.
**Your key responsibilities include**:
- Proactively support, coach, and provide recruitment advice to managers and peers aligned with legislative and organisational practices and processes.
- Support with workforce planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction following organisational recruitment policies and practices.
- Ensure compliance measures are adhered to in areas such as working rights checks, reference checks, and documentation.
- Support the HR team by considering and suggesting process and policy improvements collaboratively and positively to improve efficiencies and practices.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of Human Resources processes, systems, and performance professionally and continuously.
- Other duties as required
**You will have the following**:
- A highly developed understanding of talent management strategies and workforce planning with solid communication and influencing skills.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and working well within a team.
- Ideally a qualification in HR or similar
