This exciting opportunity will see you providing superior assistance to a genuinely supportive General Manager and the wider retail services team. Curious in nature with a genuine appetite to learn and grow you will be adaptable, proactive and demonstrate initiative while enjoy becoming the back-bone within this high energy environment. This role will afford you varied work with a nod to the traditional EA duties while offering the successful incumbent the opportunity to get involved and support a number of key initiatives which will be rolled up across the firm.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Provide superior administrative support to the GM & National Leasing Manager with moderate support to the wider team
- Liaising with internal & external partners to align diaries
- Coordinate across teams including with other EA's in the organisation to coordinate meetings
- Organise team conferences and the coordination of other industry related events, & workshops
- Manage confidential & sensitive documentation with appropriate discretion
- Get involved to support project work and drive key initiatives across the firm
- Co-ordinate annual performance review process with direct reports of the General Manager

You will have previous experience supporting a team and/or senior executives within a professional services environment. You will have strong interpersonal skills as this role will see you working with internal departments and external co-owner partners.

You will demonstrate the following:

- Highly defined written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Previous experience managing busy executives & schedules
- Confident in engaging with various stakeholders including senior management
- Proficient computer skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel
- Works well autonomously as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Display high standard of confidentiality & diplomacy in dealing with sensitive & urgent matters.
