We are looking for a
**Sales Development Representative **to join our team based in Sydney, NSW full-time.

With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, we are committed to helping our clients succeed in a competitive marketplace.

We are a growing ‘scale-up’ business in all states of Australia and looking to expand to both NZ and US. We are well-invested and are looking for a Sales Development Representative to expand and join our team to grow professionally and collaboratively in Sydney.

**The Role**:

- Articulate the client’s value proposition clearly and effectively to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies and campaigns to generate leads and meetings
- Maintain accurate and organised records of lead interactions in the CRM system
- Research and stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to better understand customer needs
- Proven experience working in an outbound SDR role for at least past 1-2 years
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enthusiasm for sales and a desire to build a career in the technology and real estate industry
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align customer objectives with our SaaS product offerings
- Excellent communication, organisation, and administration skills
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous
