**What You'll Be Doing**
- Lead and manage service delivery across reactive and preventative maintenance works.
- Coordinate labour, resources, and materials for service operations
- Drive productivity and performance across service teams
- Develop and maintain strong client, supplier and subcontractor relationships
- Deliver accurate costing, quoting and tender responses
- Ensure projects meet compliance, safety, and quality standards
- Analyse performance trends and implement improvements
- Report on budgets, labour and service outcomes

**What You’ll Bring**
- Trade-qualified in electrical or equivalent
- Extensive experience in electrical service delivery and minor works
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and client relationships
- Commercial and technical acumen
- Familiarity with simPRO (or similar systems)
- Full, unrestricted driver’s licence
