**What will you be doing?**

You will be responsible for retaining existing revenue and securing new revenue for our customer data platforms, including Circana Retail Gateways, including Coles Synergy, Priceline Pulse, Costco CRX and Viva Reddy Express.

You will be required to quickly build relationships with existing and prospective clients, pitch to senior contacts, collaborate with retailers and internal Circana departments to negotiate long-term and sustainable contracts.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the relationship with existing clients who are subscribed to our customer (loyalty) data platforms
- Lead the contract renewal process, identifying opportunities to drive growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and present a customised client roadmap that details upcoming enhancements
- Develop, manage and convert a pipeline of new opportunities with existing & prospective clients, achieving a high conversion rate
- Negotiate final contracts with clients, maintaining a focus on profitability
- Build and maintain effective relationships with client key decision makers
- Develop an understanding of client needs and recommend bespoke commercial solutions to meet these needs
- Confidently pitch and present to c-suite stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience in sales, insights or account management, within the FMCG or similar industry
- Experience working with customer (loyalty) data or equivalent
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Effective relationship management and client servicing skills
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Creative mindset and effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in an ambiguous and fast paced industry, which is continually evolving
