Large Modern Workshop, catering for the Mining, Manufacturing and Transport sectors.
- Fulltime permanent position
- Offering 70-75k p/a depending on experience

Large, established workshop, specialising in the manufacture and delivery of precision made metal products and supplies

**About the Role**

Lead and develop the Logistics / Dispatch team. Co-ordinate deliveries by managing different transport companies

**Duties**
- Co-ordinate the different delivery expectations for the various transport companies used;
- Set team members priorities;
- Ensuring all despatching, data entry, manifest and system tasks are completed promptly and accurately;
- Manage best utilisation of freight suppliers and pricing;
- Communicate with production scheduler and reporting to management.

**Skills & Experience**
- 3 years experience within a Logistics & Despatching role;
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft & ERP systems;
- Understanding the basic concepts of FIFO environment;
- An ability to prioritise and stick to strict deadlines.
