Transdev in San Francisco, CA is hiring a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher oversees road service through communication with Operators and provides customer support to clients. We seek customer service-oriented professionals dedicated to safety.

Transdev offers a starting pay of $27.60, with progression to $28.45 over 1 year, as per the Union Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee road service, monitor trip performance, ensure route punctuality, handle incidents
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding trips, no-shows, cancellations
  • Manage emergency situations, liaise with emergency services
  • Review route performance daily, respond proactively to service issues
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Technical Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years dispatching experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Subject to DOT drug testing and physical

Physical Requirements include sitting, typing, occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
