We are Australia's largest company in this sector, providing essential services to millions of customers and communities nationally.The OpportunityPart of the Oils and Technical Services team, the Dispatch Coordinator oversees the daily transportation operations at our Crestmead site.
You will ensure that the transport component of the business is run as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.
This role includes:Coordinating and scheduling all driver routes to ensure customers are servicedManaging route optimisation to ensure efficient use of resourcesEnsuring compliance with transport regulations, including monitoring and signing off daily driver check sheetsMaintaining relationships with third parties, contractors, suppliers, and customersAbout YouYou will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and pride yourself on delivering value to customers.

This is a full-time, permanent position.Servicing customers across Australia with a focus on safety and quality, we operate approximately 330 sites, including around 130 EPA-licensed sites, and a fleet of over 6,100 vehicles, including heavy and light road vehicles, industrial vehicles, and trailers.
We are part of the ASX100 and generated approximately 242 GWh in FY23, exemplifying our commitment to sustainability.
