**The Role**
The Migrant Skills Assessment Branch has responsibility for an in-house assessing authority, Trades Recognition Australia (TRA), and the Assessing Authority Policy and Assurance team (AAPA), which oversees the skills assessing authority sector, strategic policy, quality assurance, and research.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the APS Level 4 Service Delivery/Program Officer include:

- Provision of services in a program, project, contract management or customer service/call centre context and general administrative/assessment experience
- Managing and organising your work and adjusting as directed to meet emerging priorities
- Reviewing and verifying documentation, ensuring it is correct and with supporting documentation submitted adhering to guidelines and internal procedures
- Functioning as part of a team and assisting with undertaking a range of administrative support including general office duties
- Contributing to our organisational culture through innovation and by being open to feedback, direction and assisting colleagues where needed.
