**About us**:
Beleza School Uniforms is an Australian family owned and operated business based in the Southeast suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria. For over 35 years, we have supplied School uniforms to Public and Private schools ranging from Pre-School to Year 12 across Victoria and the east coast of Australia. We believe that we are a part of every School community we service, as an employer in our Retail stores and a supporter of School initiatives, community programs and groups. Our goal is to provide students and families access to affordable School Uniforms that are of a high standard of quality which reflects their communities’ identity and values.

**About the role**:
The goal of the Sales team is to create, build and strengthen our relationships with Schools (both new and current Beleza clients) so that we can continue to deliver the best possible service and products to their communities.

As a Sales Representative you’ll be responsible for driving team success of this goal throughout Ballarat and the surrounding region.

Key responsibilities/duties would include:

- **Business Development**:Create and secure relationships with new Schools in our retail and wholesale channels, as well as exploring new opportunities in regions where we don’t currently have a presence and there is demand for our products and services
- **Client Relationship Management**:Building and Strengthening relationships with our current clients to ensure we remain strongly connected to their communities and understanding their needs
- Actioning requests or requirements from these relationships (including onboarding new clients, uniform redevelopment, or changes with existing clients)
- Representing Beleza School Uniform at events, functions and visits to Schools
- Work within the Sales team and with leadership to develop business development strategies and planning
- Collaborating with other areas of the Beleza team to address client queries and concerns
- Develop and maintain sales materials and product knowledge
- Helping the business remain up to date with client information
- Administrative duties as required to support the Sales team
- Supporting our Sales Manager with other duties as necessary

Our remuneration package includes the following:

- Base salary plus superannuation
- Travel reimbursement
- Company provided mobile phone and laptop
- Uncapped commission structure
- Eligible for annual bonuses

**About you: Skills, qualities, qualifications, and experience**

This is a great opportunity for someone who is outgoing and enjoys building relationships with others.

Previous sales and customer service experience is well regarded but not essential, as we're looking to grow our team and develop their skills.
- People person: Enjoys interacting with others and truly understanding what they value
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are needed as you’ll be continually interacting with stakeholders externally and internally in the role
- Friendly and professional manner are essential as an ambassador of the Beleza team
- Previous experience in client facing roles is highly regarded
- Able to be agile and pivot as the situation calls for
- Keen to learn and develop their business acumen
- Experience and understanding of School uniforms is well regarded
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint is highly regarded
- Organised and having a high attention to detail is crucial
- Access to car and valid drivers licence
- Working with Children check will be required for the successful applicant but can be arranged upon starting with us

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
