We are rapidly building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional "YES WE CAN" customer service offering and quality product in the highly competitive market. **About the Role** To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking an an enthusiastic **Sales Representative** wiling to get out there and meet customers. You will be working closely with the Field Sales Manager and Branch Manager, growing our business and market share in and around the **Ballarat Branch.** **Duties & Responsibilities** - Cold calling prospective customers. - Foster and drive our YES WE CAN customer service attitude. - Proven ability to negotiate and 'close the deal'. - Achieve new business sales targets. - Networking relationships with appropriate industry professionals. - Establish new business development strategies. **Skills & Experience** - Experience in a similar sales role with gas industry experience would be advantageous. - Excellent written and verbal communication is a key skill to the role with the ability to make a positive impression, exude confidence, develop a rapport with the audience and illicit the desired outcomes. - Flexible and adaptable to handle high pressure situations and have - High level of resilience Excellent time management skills, well organised and are natural planners. - A National Police Check and Demerit Points Statement is required PRIOR to commencement. **Benefits** - Generous base salary - Uncapped, monthly paid commissions. - Continual ongoing support and training provided Significant future - Career opportunities - **Work for an Essential Service for financial security** Most importantly at Supagas we value attitude above all else.
