We're looking for a WA Operations Manager to succeed our current manager and continue the success of our business. **About the Role**

As the WA Operations Manager, you'll manage daily operations, a small team, and drive business success. You will be supported by an Assistant Operations Manager who handles scheduling, most quoting, and some administrative support.

You will also support in an operating capacity, performing some 30-50% of your time on the tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scheduling**: Ensure efficient scheduling of staff and vehicles.
- **Health & Safety**: Oversee compliance, staff inductions, and safe work assessments.
- **Equipment**: Manage servicing, procurement, and identify process efficiencies.
- **Quoting**: Handle complex quotes and train staff on quoting processes.
- **Communications**: Maintain clear communication with staff, contractors, and clients.
- **Administration**: Ensure compliance with insurance and other general admin tasks.
- **Reporting**: Regularly update Directors on performance and operations.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct on-site checks to ensure high service standards.
- **Project Management**: Plan and deliver more complex jobs that may span days, a week, or repeat regularly around the calendar
- **Sales**: Support sales efforts, pursue new commercial opportunities, and ensure operational realities align with quotes.
- **Staff Management**: Hire, train, and manage staff and contractors, ensuring quality and performance standards are upheld.
- **Customer Service**: Maintain relationships with long-term clients, handle disputes, and manage damage claims.
- **Technician Work**: You will fill gaps in management time with technician operations, joining the team on site to execute work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of operational or general management experience in a service-based industry.
- Experience managing field-based teams or contractors.
- Knowledge of scheduling, logistics, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with health and safety compliance.
- Valid driver's license (required)

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
