Workshop and Operations Manager

The Workshop & Operations Manager is a mechanical engineering technical manager (specialist role) who supports the operation and maintenance of Q-Boss's mechanical equipment and systems. This role is responsible for providing technical expertise in the service, assembly, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of compressors, heat exchangers, spare parts and related mechanical equipment. The position ensures efficient workshop and field service operations. The position is responsible for spare parts management, logistics coordination, and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products and services. This role also supports the sales and marketing team in client engagement and relationship management, contributing to the overall growth and success of Q-Boss Pty Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring high-quality service and maintenance of heat exchangers, compressors and related equipment including valves and valve refurbishment.
- Carry out servicing, repair, and maintenance of compressors, heat exchangers, valves, and associated equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with service technicians and contractors to deliver timely, efficient, and safe work outcomes.
- Maintain accurate service records and equipment history.
