With a continual growth plan for expanding our portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, we are now on the lookout for our next people leader to recruit as we upskill and prepare you to run your own centre. We have a **Full Time Store Manager **role on offer based at our **O'Connor **centre.

**The Role**:
Our Store Managers work collaboratively with their Operations Manager and their teams to drive centre performance whilst aligning to company values. The role is multi-faceted, and your duties will range from customer service, administration, and operations. This is an integral role to our business, and you will receive extensive coaching and development to set you up for success

The responsibilities include:

- A day in the life of a Store Manager Consists Of: _
- Supporting the O'Connor & Fremantle teams.
- Ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered by the team.
- Responding to customer enquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Maintaining & cleaning of the storage facility & grounds.
- Work towards monthly sales and KPI targets of the O'Connor and Fremantle locations.
- Overseeing and actively managing centre operations, including maintenance, security, access control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Drive operational excellence with a strong focus on centre presentation and maintenance.
- End of month reporting summarizing the centre's financial performance
- Reporting directly to the Operations Manager regarding weekly & monthly updates/results
- Promoting a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with the company's values and fosters teamwork, care, and excellence.
- Assisting & servicing the commercial customer base to ensure their needs are met on a daily/weekly basis.
- Assist clients with any urgent requests outside traditional office hours with company provided mobile phone.
- Action general administration duties such as rosters, leave requests and timesheets, customer contracts and inventory management.

**What you will bring**:

- To be a successful store manager, ideally you will have: _
- Demonstrated 1 + years’ experience within a management or team leader position.
- Strong conflict and resolution knowledge, and the ability to de-escalate situations.
- Proven ability in working towards sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to build strong and effective relationships with all levels of staff.
- You have a motivated, proactive, and positive outlook with the willingness to learn and grow with the business.
- Driver’s license and car to work across O'Connor and Fremantle centres.
- ** The ability to work every second Saturday from 9:00am - 2:00pm**
