Bar Manager

We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager for the main bar in our popular venue.

You will be working with a close team of managers to run the day to day operations of our venue.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

- Managing Staff
- Driving sales
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Managing takings and cash handling
- Understanding and sending reports
- Stock taking including cellar work and some heavy lifting

This role is shift work but you will be on a regular schedule, consisting mostly of evening and weekends 5 days a week.

Requirements to apply:

- Current RSA or willing to obtain one.
- Current RCG or willing to obtain one.
- Own vehicle preferred but not necessary so long as you can get to and from work.
- Must have the right to work in Australia.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
