Plant Operator/labourer

**Your New Opportunity**:
Positions have become available for committed and reliable **Plant Operators / Labourers** to join our **Tyrecycle **team based in our **O'Connor, W.A.** plant.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will be to perform processing tasks and operate processing equipment to ensure a quality product is manufactured and loaded for distribution to Tyrecycle customers.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- operating mobile plant equipment to move materials for processing, sorting, storing and transporting
- operating recycling processing equipment including but not limited to crushers, shredders, granulators and sorters
- unloading tyres and other recyclable materials from trucks and loading into containers
- removing contamination Tyres from recyclable material
- supporting basic maintenance tasks

**About you**:

- Experience operating plant equipment - Training and upskilling available
- Forklift licence (_required_)
- Bobcat ticket and experience (desirable)
- Understanding of safe work practices and manual handling
- Have a good work ethic and employment history
- Physically fit to handle repetitive heavy lifting up to 20kgs
